How Does
Nudura Insulated Formwork Installation Work?
1. Panel Assembly
Two high-density expanded polystyrene panels are connected by spacers to form a permanent mould.
2. Rebar Installation
Steel rebar is inserted according to the project's structural specifications.
3. Concrete Pouring
Concrete is poured inside the formwork, adhering perfectly to the polystyrene walls.
4. Thermal Mass Formation
The concrete and polystyrene fuse without air space, creating a uniform and continuous thermal mass.
5. Direct Finishing
Interior and exterior surfaces are ready to receive finishing materials directly.
